ECU2020 Update

With news that the Eurovision Song Contest has been cancelled events in the Netherlands are moving fast. The Executive Council is monitoring the situation closely and the safety of delegates is paramount. However, the Dutch authorities have not, as yet, banned public events such as our convention. Their current guidance extends only to 6 April. We can, therefore, expect further guidance thereabouts and the Executive Council will issue a further statement thereafter.
